Wide leg trousers by french designer jean colonna. Made from crunchy black nylon, they have a zipped front opening, drawstring waist, and angled pockets. Zip detail at waist makes me think pants might originally have been part of (detachable) jumpsuit, although unable to confirm this for sure.
